10 Minute Cardio Blast

Finding the time and motivation to workout can sometimes be difficult, especially if you are often on the go. But you don’t need a ton of equipment or time you just need to make a conscious effort to incorporate movement into your daily schedule. We love quick workouts that burn! Here is a 10 minute (or 20 minute) workout you can do from anywhere!

Quick Cardio Blast Workout:


10x10 Cardio Workout. 10 moves, 10 reps.
1. 10 Squats
2. 10 Lunges R, 10 Lunges L
3. 10 Jumping Jacks
4. 10 3-Step Agility Drill (5 each side)
5. 10 Skaters R/L
6. 10 Double Pulse Squat Lunge Combination (5 each side)
7. 10 180 Turn Squats
8. 10 Ladder Run
9. 10 Side Lunge Jumps (5 each side)
10. 10 Burpees
Repeat 1-3x for 10-20 minute workout.
