Boot Camp is a class that blends strength exercises with blasts of cardio movement. Anything goes in this class, where the instructor has full command of the format - instructor-led, circuits, rotating stations, teamwork, and more. Expect to get stronger, mentally and physically, in this class. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications are always presented.
