Rhythm Ride

Rhythm Ride is designed to integrate periods of upper body strength into an already exhilarating, fast-paced indoor cycling class. Expect movement on the bike such as tap-backs, hovers, and exercises using 2 or 3 lb. dumbbells. State of the art bike consoles help riders keep track of their progress over time.

Edge Ride

Edge Ride is an indoor cycling class designed to work sprints, hills, climbs, and intervals. Classes focus on speed (cardio), power (strength), or a combination of both elements to help riders achieve cycle-fit bodies. State of the art bike consoles help riders keep track of their progress over time.
