Fees, promotions, and amenities may vary by club and membership type. Promotions require automatic billing through checking account to redeem offer. Dues are billed monthly at all clubs except Michigan clubs, where dues are billed biweekly — every 14 days on a Friday, for a total of 26 payments per year. Because biweekly billing follows a 14-day cycle rather than the calendar month, members on a biweekly plan are drafted three times in two months of each year.

A one-time processing fee is due upon joining. Any enrollment fee and dues at signing are also due at time of join.

An enhancement fee of $69.99 plus tax is charged 14 days after enrollment. After that first charge, the enhancement fee is billed once a year on the anniversary of your enrollment date. At Michigan clubs, the enhancement fee is charged 40 days after your join date and once a year thereafter on the anniversary of that first charge, so only one enhancement fee is charged in any 12-month period. A $2.00 administration fee applies to each dues invoice. At Michigan clubs, where dues are billed biweekly, the administration fee is $1.00 per invoice. This fee is waived when dues are drafted from a checking account by ACH. The fee does not apply to the payment you make at signing, and it is determined by the payment method in effect on each draft date — if you change your payment method during your membership, the fee may begin or stop applying.

Fees are subject to change with 30 days’ advance written notice; no such change will affect the contracted dues amount shown on your agreement.

At the end of the initial term, membership dues increase and the membership continues for successive 30-day periods until cancelled in accordance with your Membership Agreement. For biweekly plans at Michigan clubs, dues increase by $2.00 per dues payment beginning with the 27th dues payment. Any invoices that fall due within 30 days after notice of cancellation is received remain payable, regardless of billing frequency.

Cancellation and refund procedures are governed by your Membership Agreement, which is provided at the time of join and available from the front desk of your home club.
