Summertime is here and finding the time and motivation to workout can be difficult, especially if you are on vacation or often on the go. But you don’t need a ton of equipment or time you just need to make a conscious effort to incorporate movement into your daily schedule. Here are two 10 minute workouts you can do from anywhere! 

10 Minute Upper Body Burn



5 Simple Moves- Approximately 1 minute per exercise.
1. Pushups
2. Tricep Dips
3. Mountain Climbers Slow
4. Plank Shoulder Taps
5. Planks/Walking Planks
Repeat 1-5

10 Minute Lower Body Burn

5 Squat Progression Moves for a 10 minute lower body burn. Approximately 1 minute per exercise
1. Squats (squat jump option)
2. Squat Knee Lunge Knee Alternating
3. Wide Squats (triple pulse option)
4. Squat Kicks Alternating
5. Squat Air Taps (heel click option)
Repeat 1-5.
