Switch up your workout routine with one of our group fitness classes. Group fitness classes break you out of your normal workout routine, which keeps you motivated and from hitting plateaus. Our group fitness classes let you workout with other individuals. Sweating together is fun and builds camaraderie and our instructors are encouraging, upbeat, and can help you maintain proper form.

Edge Strong

Edge Strong3Edge Strong is our team training class that will push your fitness limits further. All you have to do is show up and sweat! Edge personal trainers will give you the extra push you need to break through plateaus and see results. You’ll feel like part of a team as you sweat with others and see your heart rate and calorie burn displayed on a screen. You can burn 500-1000 calories in this hour-long class which includes a mix of cardio and weights.


Les Mills Body Combat

Feel like a champ in this high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout. This non-contact class incorporates moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.  Leave your inhibitions at the door as you target every muscle group. Bring your best fighter attitude and you’ll burn up to 740 calories.



Group Fitness 1Dance your way to fitness with Zumba. The simple and exciting dance routines in Zumba bring the nightclub to the gym. While the Latin and International music pumps up the class, you’ll be moving and shaking to a sexier shape. You can burn between 350 and 650 calories in this energetic, fun class.



Punch and kick your way to stress relief while burning a ton of calories. This high-intensity class is a total-body workout that can burn up to 600 calories. Each routine will include balance, coordination, and strength building moves. You’ll knock out your workday stress or relationship drama with moves like “uppercut” and “strike.” Leave your gloves at home but bring your energy.



Group Fitness EDGE barreThere’s a reason ballet dancers are so long and lean. Barre classes blend moves from ballet, yoga and Pilates using a ballet bar and light weights with the goal of producing long, lean muscles.
