This year we all have had to adapt our lives in many ways. We have faced shutdowns, working from home, less (r no) travel, working out in masks, and working out virtually at home. Working out from home brings a new challenge when you live in an apartment or any space where you have neighbors living below you. You may not be able to do a normal workout routine with loud movement because you don’t want to disturb your neighbors. Check out this cardio workout that you can do without fear of cranky neighbors!
Repeat this 2-3 times to get a full quiet workout.
This is a full body workout modified without any jumping movement. The squats into a calf raise replaces the typical squat jump by still keeping the same type of movement. The plank walkouts are an alternative to burpees by starting in a standing position and walking yourself out to a plank position to engage your core. The up-down planks will substitute plank jacks by keeping the plank position but going from a straight arm plank down to your elbows and back up. The other movements in this workout are normally quiet and will be useful to engage your entire body to get that same cardio feeling as you would from typical jump movements. Let's get to work! 💪
