Fall is here and at The Edge Fitness Clubs, we love incorporating the seasons into our workout routine. Did you know a heavy pumpkin is the perfect substitute for a kettlebell or dumbbell! Grab the heaviest pumpkin in your house and let's get moving with this FULL BODY PUMPKIN BLAST!

Set 15 minutes on your stopwatch, and complete 20 reps of each exercise, as many rounds as possible! You got this!

Full-Body Pumpkin Blast

Thrusters
20 reps (squat to overhead press)

 

Toe Taps
20 reps (each leg)

 

Goblet Lunge
20 reps (10 each leg)

 

Swings
20 reps (pumpkin stops at chest height)


Bicep Curls
20 reps


Russian Twists
20 reps (each side)
