Fall 2019 Edge Challenge Week 5

"Wow this week flew by! I made it to the gym almost every day and I’m feeling really good during and after my workouts. I’ve been really focusing on my nutrition, logging everything I eat, planning my day in the morning, and making sure to eat light throughout the day if I know I’m going to be in a situation where I won’t have a ton of control over my food options. I have to go out of town this Saturday but I’m hoping to make it in for a weigh-in and maybe the 7:30 AM Edge Challenge class before we go if timing allows!"

Cinamon Week 5 Update

"The foundation classes and personal cardio workouts have put me in a better position when it comes to my stamina and endurance. After my training session with Laura this past week, I started focusing more on the weights to rebuild my strength and muscle mass. My legs needed a lot of work when this challenge started and I think they're finally starting to show some progression!"

Ryan Week 5 Update

"This past week brought new and bittersweet challenges for me as I learned that I will be joining another team with a different trainer. I was extremely lucky to be paired with an amazing coach who has supported, encouraged, and guided me through each success thus far. Kellie knows my goals, my motivations and the potential obstacles that are unique to my progress which has been so instrumental in making me feel comfortable with taking part in this program. While I am sad that she will not be leading the evening Foundation and Strength classes that have become part of my regular routine, I am so excited for her as she will be pursuing a new opportunity toward her own goals. Now I look forward to getting to know the rest of the Edge Strong team better. Tonight, was my first evening Strength class lead by Aaron Aggie. Different class, different perspective, different energy…different aches and pains in new places. Definitely off to a promising new start. Thanks, Aaron, for the challenging workout tonight!"
