Burn Maximum Calories in Minimum Time in Our Group Exercise Classes

Did you know it takes 233 burpees to burn off that Starbucks Frappucino you had on your way to work? All guilt aside, sometimes life requires early-morning frappuccinos or late-night cocktails.  

That’s why we’ve compiled the group exercise classes that burn the most calories. Our group exercise classes are upbeat and fun and will motivate you to workout in a way you probably wouldn’t on your own. And don’t worry, we won’t ever make you do 233 burpees!

Edge Strong

Boot Camp

This group class is a mix of challenging strength training and intense cardio drills. It’s not called Boot camp for nothing! Using a combination of body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more, you’ll develop speed, agility, strength, endurance, and flexibility as you sweat your way through this class.

Edge Strong

Edge Strong is our in-house team training. Designed and taught by Edge personal trainers, this class is designed to give you an extra push, a good sweat, and help you break through plateaus.

Spinning / Cycling

Cycling classes are high-intensity workouts using various levels of bike tension and cadence. You’ll burn calories and strengthen your core muscles in this fun and upbeat class that is powered by music and a motivating instructor.

Group Fitness Spin


Bring your best fighter attitude to this high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You’ll kick and punch calories away in this non-contact group exercise class. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Approximate calories burned: Up to 740


Zumba brings the nightclub to the gym in this energy-filled workout. There’s a reason Zumba has gained a cult-like following—it’s fun and it’s fitness. The simple dance routines done to Latin and International music will have you sweating your way to a sexier shape.

We know you need the maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Between work, dating, and your social calendar, we know you don’t have all day to spend at the gym. And we get it, you aren’t giving up those early-morning frappuccinos or late-night cocktails anytime soon.
