1. 3 High Knees, 3 Toe Taps
2. Burpee Tuck to Box Jump
3. Split Box Jump to Touchdown Squat
4. Push Up with Walkover on the Bench
5. Hopping Split Squat (2nd round switch legs)
6. Plank Up
7. Lateral Step Up with Touch Down
8. Squat, Knee, Squat, Shuffle
9. Plank Hops
10. Plank Knee to Elbow, to Glute Kick
