  • BIKE BOOT CAMP: BIKE and BURN your way through class. Think boot camp on and then off the bike. No set rules here - anything goes!

  • BODYATTACK: BODYATTACK is a high energy fitness class that combines athletic training with strength conditioning and adds elements of traditional aerobic movements. Heart-pumping music combined with a max calorie burn generates a fitness high that will leave you breathless.
  • BODYCOMBAT: a martial arts-inspired workout that burns up to 700 calories along the way. Punch and kick to high-energy music and learn authentic moves in boxing, kickboxing, karate, tae-kwon-do, muay Thai, and more. No prior martial arts knowledge is necessary.
  • BODYFLOW: a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and meditation.
  • BODYPUMP: BODYPUMP is a strength barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with a high number of repetitions, this class is a total body workout that builds muscular endurance.
  • LES MILLS CORE: Les Mills CORE targets the shoulders and hamstrings and everything in-between. The focus of the class is to build core strength, increase rotational power, and improve posture to benefit other workouts and daily movement.  All moves utilize bodyweight, light plates, or a resistance band.

  • COURAGE MEDITATION: Taking time to cultivate the connection to help you step into your courage and take action on all those scary things in life you know you're meant to do.
  • FAMILY MEDITATION: Meditation is for everyone; gather the kids and together we’ll bring awareness and kindness for ourselves and one another. 
    GRATITUDE MEDITATION: Step into the day with a positive and mindful attitude.  A short meditation to find gratitude in your daily life.
    MEDITATION: Take 5 minutes to become aware of how you can achieve an emotionally calm and thoughtfully clear state of mind.
