Katy's passion for group exercise began more than fifteen years ago with a step aerobics class in college. Since that time, Katy's gone from being a participant to an instructor, teaching multiple formats including weights and cardio. Katy's philosophy as a group exercise instructor is that her classes are meant for everyone. Regardless of age, level, or experience, Katy will provide a challenging yet attainable (and modifiable!) workout for all. Whether you're having a good day or a bad day, whether you're high on energy or slept poorly the night before... it doesn't matter. Katy's commitment as your instructor and coach is to get you through the workout, start to finish, at a challenging yet successful level. All you have to do is show up and commit to move!
