12 Fitness Summer Bucket List Ideas

Summer 2019 is here! The sun is shining, the beach may be calling, but we are NOT letting the good weather distract us from staying on track with our workouts! Why not try something new at The Edge Fitness Clubs?  We've compiled 12 items to check off your summer bucket list that may push you outside your comfort zone, get you in a new mindset and help you see results!

  1. Take a Les Mills BODYPUMP™ Class.  Ever heard of the rep effect? This class is no joke.   11. Run a 5k.  Ready to find your competitive Edge (literally)? With the warm weather comes more outdoor workouts, and running a 3.5 mile race sounds like FUN! Track your time, and test your speed, strength and endurance. You may become a future runner!
  12. Take a Spinning® Class.  Life is a highway- let's ride at The Edge Fitness Clubs all summer long! Spinning® classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity workouts using various levels of bike tension and cadence. Spinning® is a great way to burn calories and focus on strengthening your core muscles. This ride is for all fitness levels and will take you to your fitness goals.
