Everyone loves a good chocolate chip cookie! But say hello to my healthy homemade protein cookies! They are just 109 calories each and contain 7.7 grams of protein. Sweet enough for dessert but wholesome enough to qualify as an acceptable post-workout snack. They're also EASY to make! So grab your Dotfit protein powder and let's get started!

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 Scoops of Dotfit All Natural Whey Smooth Vanilla
- 1 Scoop Unflavored Dotfit Whey
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup Icelandic Skyr Vanilla (Siggi’s) Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Sweet Complete Truvia
- 3/4 cup packed Sweet Complete Truvia (home made into brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp of molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½ cup egg white
- ¼ cup (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- ⅓ cup of Mini Milk Chocolate Chips NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE®
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 1 ½: Take one of your measured out ¾ cup of Sweet Complete Truvia and add in the tbsp of molasses and mix together until light to medium brown might have to add more as you see fit until it resembles brown sugar.
Step 2: Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add in yogurt, Truvia, brown sugar Truvia and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add the egg & egg whites, slowly, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour/ protein mixture. Stir in mini/regular size chocolate chips. To get the full protein potential make only 18 cookies keep making each bigger evenly until your out of batter. Place them on sheet pan with parchment paper and place in oven!
Step 3: Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Tips:
Using a cookie scooper/old fashion ice cream scoop to measure out each cookie is very helpful. Cookies will be more muffin top like than hard and chewy because of the cut in fat , but don't worry they still taste delicious!!
