Pink Week is here at The Edge from October 9th-15th!
The week will include themed group exercise classes such as Pumped, Party, Empower, Pedal, and Move.
Pumped will be a LesMills Bodypump class, Party consists of a cardio workout, Empower is Total Body Conditioning, and Move entails either a Barre, Yoga, or Pilates class.
The Edge will also be donating 25% of all Pink Shake proceeds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or the Norma Pfriem Breast Care Center depending on your Edge location.
Join in on these classes and if you are able to make a donation as well there are QR codes to scan in each club.
