Chris- Warrington, PA
"I’m a spin instructor at The Edge in Warrington and my mom always takes my classes! She is truly and inspiration! She beat breast cancer over 10 years ago and she is still killing it in the gym! She is an amazing mother and would do absolutely anything for anyone! She truly motivates me and many others to keep going! We love taking all the group x classes together and motivate eachother to go to the gym almost every night!" -Ashley Kerrigan
Jenn- Sterling Heights, MI
"I have to give a shoutout to my mom! She is a literal badass. Her name is Jenn, she is at The Edge Sterling Heights. Not only does she work full time, she teaches about FIVE different classes at the Edge as well. I’m so honored to call her my mom. She continues to inspire me, my family & others at the gym."

Stephanie- Attleboro, MA
"Her name is Stephanie Aufiero and she is a member here at the Attleboro location. She's been coming for about 2 years and has made amazing progress. She's always finds time to fit the edge into her busy life while taking care of her 5 year old and her Rottweiler Kylo! Stephanie is an amazing mom, and person! She never has always inspired me with her courage, strength, consistency, and drive to be better version of herself! Even on the days life gives her lemons, she's still here drinking her lemon ice aminos!"

Teresa- Warren, MI
"Sophia and Teresa are a mother-daughter duo, two Les Mills Pilates queens at The Edge in Warren, MI! They workout together every week and are a joy to have in class." -Mary Eicher

Jill- Shelton, CT
"My name is Katelyn Root. My mom is Jill Root! We workout together and she always takes my classes at the Edge in Shelton. She inspires me and motivates me to push my limits and try new things! She is one of the reasons I love the gym so much!"

"When I joined the Edge last spring, I wasn't planning on getting a personal trainer. I've worked with different trainers in the past, but I knew I wanted motivating group classes this time around. Then I went to one of Greg's classes and knew I had to work with him! I've been working with Greg since April, and in that time, I've lost almost 40 pounds. But what really sets Greg apart isn't just the results--it's how much he genuinely cares about his clients.
Greg takes the time to listen, works with you to set realistic goals, and helps you focus on small, meaningful changes that lead to big results. During both personal sessions and group classes, he's always 100% engaged and active, pushing everyone towards success in a way that's both encouraging and motivating.
His Edge Strong classes strike the perfect balance of being accessible for beginners while still challenging for regulars. Plus, Greg has built an incredible, supportive community at our gym. He goes out of his way to make new clients feel welcome and helps them connect with others. He's helped me to be more active with my children, my sleep has improved TREMENDOUSLY, and I am so much happier than I've been in years. It's not just about fitness with Greg--he truly changes lives. If you're even thinking about joining, do yourself a favor and try one of his classes. Greg will change your life, too."

Paula- St. Ann, MO
"This is my mom, Paula. She and my dad have been training with me for about 9 months. When she started, she was untrained and brand new to the gym. Since then, she's deadlifted over 100 lbs. She has also reduced her knee pain, and pots for her father that last year she needed help carrying she can now carry on her own. She has worked through challenges and health setbacks and still keeps showing up and pushing herself to improve." -William Dotson, Personal Trainer at The Edge in St. Ann, MO
Rae- Pike Creek, DE
"I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer in 2022. After a lumpectomy, it was determined I was going to need chemo followed by radiation. I was then put into occupational therapy which they then wanted me to follow up with a workout program to get moving. At this point, my stamina was such that I could not get from my vehicle to my front door without extreme exhaustion. A couple of my co-workers were using The Edge, so I thought I would check it out. What a blessing I received when I was matched with my trainer, Cheryl. Thank you, thank you so very much! My world is unrecoverable and the sky is the limit- I am not done yet!"
Katie- Media, PA
"I teach yoga in Media, Plymouth Meeting and Wayne and am a mom of twin girls. Since they were born in 2015, the 3 of us have taken a mommy and me beach pic at the Jersey shore with me holding one of them in each arm. It started as just a cute picture, but somehow became a yearly tradition. Every year I wonder whether I'll still be able to pull this off - because they're getting BIG! And every year I'm so proud that I've stayed strong enough to lift these growing girlies. (They turn TEN this summer!) Staying healthy and strong for myself and my girls has always been a top priority, and I love that I can show them that example through this fun tradition."

Liz- Bristol, CT
"I started as a member in the Bristol club 6 years ago as a mom of 2, brand new to the gym. Since then I've become a master trainer at The Edge, had a baby in 2022, competed in 4 NPC competitions last year, including nationals and now I'm pregnant with baby #4 and training clients right where I started myself, Edge Bristol."
