I've never shared any pictures of myself in a sports bra, but I think it's important to show my results after The Edge Challenge. Pictures don't lie. I'm so pleased with the results (and I can see my abs)! Here are my before and after stats:
- Age: 67 & 10 months
- Weight before: 140
- Weight after: 128.6!
- Body fat before: 35%
- Body fat after: 32.4%
- Total body fat mass lost: 7 lbs.
What's my next goal? Continue to lift heavy, eat enough protein, so that I can gain more lean muscle mass, raise my basal metabolic rate, so I can have more food! Mind you, I was rarely hungry during the 8 weeks, but having a bit more food is never a bad thing, provided you stay on plan.

- My husband and friends, who supported me, and didn't blink an eye when I said I'd need to bring my food with me.
- My gym crew-we all support each other, every day! Their support made this easier to do!
- My trainer, Mark Troino! I couldn't have done this without him, although he may say differently. I know what I'm supposed to do, but I needed him to push me, and his guidance and advice was invaluable! Thank you Mark, you certainly have had a positive impact on my life!
