Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

We’re all about fueling your body with meals that taste amazing while still hitting your goals. This Easter, celebrate the season with a festive twist on a breakfast favorite, Carrot Cake Overnight Oats! 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 scoop of ES Fit Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt 
  • ¼ cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, combine all ingredients except the Greek yogurt.
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 6 hours).
  4. When ready to eat, top with Greek yogurt.
  5. Ready to enjoy!
