20 Minute Stepper Circuit

Does anyone really love cardio!? Maybe you do, but if you don't, and you have the opportunity to make it  fun-DO IT ! Step classes are back, and we put together this quick 20 minute cardio blast for you to try! There are 4 exercises- complete 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, 5 rounds.  All you need is a bench top. If you want to try this at home, you can use a heavy text book as your bench!

  • Exercise 1:  jog up and down
