Edge Strong Class Offerings:

Foundation

The Edge Strong Foundation class is an introductory based workout that includes primal movement patterns, basic pulls/pushes, and core/hip dominant exercises. This class introduces exercises to those that are not familiar with working out and gets them motivated in a fun, yet simple way! This class is catered to anyone who hasn’t worked out previously, and who want to start building up their movement patterns.

Strength

A slightly more intense and dynamic class than foundation. It includes hypertrophy training, 8-12 rep range, progressions in weight, and more dynamic, power movements. This class is catered to anyone that wants to lose weight, tone up, and increase strength.

Burn

Edge Strong Burn is a class with more complex movements, with more work and less rest between sets. It also includes explosive/plyometric movements. There is more progression and regression in this class. This class is designed for anyone that wants to increase their conditioning and over all cardiovascular strength.

Exclusive

The Edge Strong Exclusive class is a step up from Burn. It includes trainer made exercises that typically caters towards high intensity interval training. This class is for anyone who wants to lose weight, improve overall cardiovascular fitness, and tone muscle.
