Spinning® classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity workouts using various
levels of bike tension and cadence. Spinning® is a great way to burn calories and focus on strengthening your core muscles. This ride is for all fitness levels and will help you reach your fitness goals.

Types of Spin Classes Offered At The Edge:

Rhythm Ride 
Rhythm Ride is a total body workout! We turn down the lights and turn up the music! This class delivers cardio and training using small weights. Feel the rhythm gear towards your body and mind and put and Edge to your day. It's a party on a bike! Learn more!
RPM™
RPM™ by Les Mills is a cycling workout that will take you on a journey through a choreographed ride.The rhythm of the music and the instructor with guide you up and down the road to your fitness goals and feeling great! It’s time to get motivated, inspired and on your bike! RPM™ is a fun class and experience that is for all fitness levels. Learn more!
Virtual Spinning
Want to spin on your own time?  Check out our Virtual Spin Classes (select clubs only)! Taught by a virtual master instructor and motivated by digital graphics and unbelievable sound... you will take your workouts to the next level and ride to conquer anything you dream!

How to Prepare for Class:

  • Bring water with you
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes 
  • Special shoes are not required; regular athletic shoes are fine, but cycling shoes with clips will work as well
