KICKBOXING is a high intensity, cardio kickboxing class that will get you on your way to a leaner and healthier state of mind. Each routine will include balance coordination and strength building moves. All levels welcome and no gloves required. Get a total-body workout set to heart pumping music that burns calories and tones your muscles through a combination of various kicks, punches, jumps and jabs.
