STANDARD STUDIO FITNESS CLASS FORMATS

Short, repeated intervals push your heart rate above 80% maximum, followed by brief recovery periods. Various equipment keeps workouts fresh and challenging for all fitness levels.

Boot Camp - Boot Camp blends strength exercises with explosive cardio movements in an anything-goes format. From instructor-led circuits to rotating stations and teamwork challenges, expect to get stronger mentally and physically. All fitness levels welcome with modifications always provided for every exercise.

Total Body Conditioning - Body conditioning classes provide total fitness and overall toning by working every major muscle group in one comprehensive workout. From strength training to cardiovascular conditioning, this class delivers complete fitness in an efficient, effective format that targets your entire body.

Les Mills Bodypump - A strength barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit—fast. Using light to moderate weights with high repetitions, this total body workout builds muscular endurance and definition. Scientifically-backed programming ensures results while welcoming all fitness levels.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ - A martial arts inspired workout that burns up to 700 calories while you punch and kick to high-energy music.
