"Today’s early morning gym session was full body cable workout. I subbed cable pull-throughs for Romanian Deadlifts. I want to take a second to shout out The Edge Fitness Clubs Personal Training program. When you sign up as a client, you are given access to an app. Your trainer puts in a workout on days that you are not meeting with them, based on your goals and needs. The app allows you to keep track of your reps and weights. It also gives you a short video of every workout so you know the proper form. It allows you to sub exercises out for others and gives modifications if needed.

I go into the gym every single day with a plan! Absolutely no walking around aimlessly or staring at machines I am unfamiliar with. I usually add a few exercises, or some cardio, depending on time, but it is nice to have that plan laid out for me. My results are speaking for themselves, and I honestly say I may be addicted to my new routine. *PS, just wanted to add, I have actually not lost any weight since starting to work out, which is completely fine.
