Check out this full body, high intensity interval training workout created by Personal Trainer Kevin Clark from St. Ann, MO! All you need are a set of moderate sized dumbbells and your best effort.
Complete 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, 6 rounds!
  • Alternating Single Arm Snatch
  • Dumbbell Jumping Jacks with Press
  • Overhead Squat with Lunge Each Side
  • ISO Lunge with Bicep Curl
  • Dead Jumps
