These delicious macro-friendly dips are easy to make and perfect for any party. Which one will you be making?

Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors blend.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with your favorite veggies

Lemon-Garlic Chicken & White Bean Dip 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup cannellini beans (rinsed & drained)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend chicken, white beans, almond milk, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and optional spices, then blend again.
  3. If the dip is too thick, add 1 more tbsp of almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Fold in chopped parsley or cilantro.
  5. Serve!

High-Protein Pickle Dip 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blended cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 3 chopped chives
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese and Greek yogurt together 
  2. Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, lemon juice, dill, chives, and seasonings.
  3. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes, and serve!
