Fall Breakfast Hash

At The Edge we LOVE breakfast! Breakfast kick starts your metabolism, replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy & alertness, and can help you burn more calories throughout the day! Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butternut squash, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • Turkey bacon
  • 2 fried eggs

Instructions:

  • Heat up a large skillet and cook the bacon
  • Remove bacon once fully cooked
  • In the same pan, saute all your veggies until softened
  • Once the veggies are cooked to your liking, push them to the sides of the pan to make room in the center
  • Crack 2 eggs and cook to your liking
  • Add the bacon and ENJOY!
