Ingredients:
- 1 cup butternut squash, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- Turkey bacon
- 2 fried eggs
Instructions:
- Heat up a large skillet and cook the bacon
- Remove bacon once fully cooked
- In the same pan, saute all your veggies until softened
- Once the veggies are cooked to your liking, push them to the sides of the pan to make room in the center
- Crack 2 eggs and cook to your liking
- Add the bacon and ENJOY!
