What does your weight really represent? When you step on a scale, you can’t see how much muscle or fat you have. All you see is how heavy you weigh. At your complimentary fitness assessment, your Edge personal trainer will take you through a 30 minute workout, and a 30 minute body transformation plan, which includes an InBody test. The InBody test is a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. It's a quick and easy way to see where you stand, and help you and your trainer identify next steps to get you in the best shape ever!
From there, we'll perform a nutrition assessment. When you are trying to lose weight, there is one number you HAVE to know – how many calories can you eat and still lose weight. Our trainers will break down what type of foods you should eat to reach that number; the amount of protein, carbohydrate, and fat to target so that you will look and feel your best. If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. The Edge assessment will provide you with the plan you need to start your journey and ultimately reach your goals!
