Ignite
A dynamic fitness class designed to help you burn calories and increase cardio endurance. This class incorporates longer work intervals, shorter rest periods, constant movement, and a full-body workout to challenge and engage your body.

Hybrid
A combination of both Forge and Ignite workouts. This class is designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, and burn fat through strength exercises, core work, and cardio.
