I had a lot of fun at the Fall Edge Challenge- I ended up winning 2nd place with around 15 lbs (8.5% of my body weight) lost. The Saturday morning Challenge group workouts were a great, fun way to kickstart the weekend. You get to experience the styles of each of the trainers at your location. Thanks to The Edge and the challenge I’m about 5 lbs away from a healthy weight for my height, after being overweight (and recently encroaching on obesity) for nearly 10 years.
