What should I wear?

Typically, we recommend you go with comfortable workout/sweat pants and top.  Since it can be colder when you arrive initially, we suggest you wear an additional top layer.  If you are taking a class you may want to choose a more form-fitting top.  Closed toed, rubber-soled shoes are required so you’re good if you just wear sneakers!  Shoes are required at all times.  If taking a yoga class, please bring your own yoga mat.  Yoga blocks are provided.
