What are the Edge Class Cancellation Guidelines?
Studio Fitness + STRONG Class Cancellation Policy
To create the best possible experience for every member and to ensure fair access to our most in-demand classes we ask that all members follow our cancellation guidelines:
Cancellations
- Classes must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
- This allows waitlisted members the opportunity to join and keeps our studios running at full energy.
Late Cancel / No-Show
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of class start time will be considered a late cancel.
- Members who do not attend a reserved class will be marked as a no-show.
- Repeated late cancels or no-shows may result in a temporary booking restriction to ensure fair access for all members.
Waitlist Etiquette
- If you’re added to class from the waitlist, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the policy window.
- We encourage you to monitor your status and adjust accordingly.
Why it Matters
Our classes are designed to deliver a high-energy, boutique-style experience. Holding a spot and not attending takes away from another member and impacts the flow of the room.
Plans change, we get it. If you can’t make it, cancel early so another member can jump in and the energy stays high.
