A: In order to cancel your membership due to a medical reason, you will need to provide our billing partner, ABC Fitness with valid proof of medical disability from an MD. This is necessary because your membership is still within the terms of your contract.
These documents can be a copy of one of the following:
- A Doctor’s note or digital message must be provided stating that the physician does not recommend that the member continue to exercise for 6 months or longer. (medical reason not required)
- Documentation must have the date, member name, practice name, and physician

All membership cancellation requests must be made in writing except in Illinois where you have the option of cancelling via your membership account login, if you have met the conditions of your term agreement.
