How do I cancel my membership?

If your membership is still under a term agreement (12 or 24 months), you may cancel your agreement for move, medical or military reasons with authorized proof.  (see corresponding article links)

You may also request membership cancellation after your initial agreement term of 12 or 24 months has been fulfilled or if you initially joined on a month-to-month agreement, by email to our billing partner, ABC Fitness at [email protected].  Membership cancellations require a 30 days' written notice to cancel your agreement.  One final payment will be necessary to fulfill your cancellation as long as your initial term has been satisfied.*  Please provide the reason for cancellation as well as your first and last name as we have on your agreement.  Your agreement number can be found on your original contract or here. Written notice of cancellation is required for all requests, except in Illinois where you have the option of cancelling via your membership account login, if you have met the conditions of your term agreement.

*Enhancement fee cannot be waived for cancellation requests for month-to-month agreements in the first 45 days of your agreement.
