Yes, for monthly members, Any member who is still currently under agreement terms has a guaranteed rate lock. Once this agreement is no longer under a term and now becomes open-ended, rates are subject to change for monthly dues and annual enhancement fees. Open-ended members may recommit to current rates on a 12- or 24-month term, which may bring the monthly rate down.
