How do I cancel my membership?

If your membership is still under a term agreement (12 or 24 months), you may cancel your agreement for move, medical or military reasons with authorized proof.  (see corresponding article links)

You may also request membership cancellation after your initial agreement term of 12 or 24 months has been fulfilled or if you initially joined on a month-to-month agreement by emailing our billing partner, ABC Fitness at [email protected].  Membership cancellations require a 30 days' notice to cancel your agreement.  You are responsible for any payments that fall within the 30 day window and payment will be necessary to end your agreement as long as your initial term has been satisfied.*  Please provide the reason for cancellation as well as your first and last name as we have on your agreement.  Your agreement number can be found on your original contract or here.

*Enhancement fee cannot be waived for cancellation requests for month-to-month agreements in the first 45 days of your agreement.
