Perfect for members who have never been on a bike and who are new to spinning and indoor cycling. They learn everything they need to know from bike set up to climbing hills through the virtually lead instructor training. Ease your way into indoor cycling classes while improving cardiovascular fitness, endurance and weight loss!

Virtual The TRIP

A fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-vibe and sound system, The Trip takes motivating and energy output to the next level. Enjoy a virtual, visually stimulating ride while also working out and getting fit!

Virtual Sprint

A 30-minute low impact, high intensity interval training class. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. HIIT workouts quickly builds lean muscle which will support maximum calorie burn.

Virtual RPM

A 50-minute low impact workout where you control the intensity/ With great music, your virtual instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat rides. Benefits include weight loss, improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone.
