Now is the perfect time to take control of your health by building daily exercise into your routine. You don’t need a ton of equipment or time, you just need to make a conscious effort to incorporate movement into your daily schedule.

We're here to help! We are live-streaming online classes and workouts to members and non-members, for FREE!  The daily live workouts are streamed via The Edge Fitness Club's Facebook pages, offering 3+ classes per day. All classes will be 30 – 45 minutes. Class offerings include Cardio Dance, HIIT, Total Body Conditioning, Kickboxing, plus many more! All virtual workouts are led by The Edge Fitness Club’s certified Group X Instructors and Trainers.
