BODYFLOW™ by Les Mills will improve your body, life, mind and is open to everyone no matter your fitness level.  This yoga-based class has elements of Pilates and Tai Chi as well.  The music will guide you through simple yoga moves and stretched while paired with controlled breathing.  Strengthen your body and feel more balanced internally and externally after class!
