Edge Barre is a workout that blends Ballet, Yoga and Pilates using a ballet bar and light weights with the goal of producing long, lean muscles. You don’t have be advanced or a former ballerina to hit the barre! We welcome all fitness levels and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone. This Edge Barre exercise class will surprise you by working muscles you never realized you had.
