Grab your swolemate for a Partner Ab Circuit. This workout is designed to have fun while building core strength, improve coordination, and keep you both accountable!
1. Russian Twist Throws (1 Minute)
- Sit facing your partner, knees bent.
- Partner A starts holding a medicine ball.
- Perform a sit-up and, at the top, throw the ball to your partner.
- Partner B catches the ball, performs a sit-up, and throws it back.
- Continue alternating for the full minute.
2. Leg Lift Push Downs (1 Minute Each)
- Partner A lies on their back and holds Partner B’s ankles.
- Partner A performs leg lifts.
- Partner B gently pushes the legs down toward the floor.
- Partner A resists and lifts legs back up with control.
- Switch roles after 1 minute.
3. Plank High Fives (1 Minute)
- Both partners get into a high plank position facing each other.
- Alternate arms to give each other high fives.
- Keep hips steady and core tight throughout.
4. In and Outs (1 Minute)
- Sit facing your partner, balancing on your sit bones.
- Extend legs out, then pull knees into your chest.
- Move side-to-side in opposite directions (when one goes left, the other goes right).
