Tiffany's Journey With The Edge Challenge

At The Edge, our goal is to help our members achieve their personal best! Our Edge Challenge is an 8-week weight loss contest designed to provide lasting fitness results. With one-on-one personal training, tailored nutritional programs, and team training, our members will achieve their fitness goals! We've seen so many success stories throughout the years with The Edge Challenge. Check out Tiffany's story below & how she lost 80 pounds during one challenge! 

"I’ve struggled with weight all my life. I would gain and then lose but was never able to keep the weight off for an extended period of time. I joined The Edge thinking I would lose weight and then I realized I did not know what I needed to do to accomplish that. I was unhappy and losing motivation thinking I would always be overweight and unhealthy. I decided to use my free personal training assessment and that is when I met my trainer, Lauren, who has changed my life and health for the better. She has taught me so many things about eating healthier, how to track my calories and macros, how to use the gym equipment, and has given me the skills to obtain and maintain a healthier life. At the end of the last Edge Challenge, I had lost a total of 80 pounds! I first joined the challenge to gain more motivation. I enjoy the competition (I am most competitive with myself) but having the extra support of other gym members to motivate you along with the support of all the trainers pushes you to do better and work harder. The challenge is 8 weeks where you can push yourself mentally and physically to achieve more while having so much fun doing it. The challenge and my trainer have given me the confidence that I never had to go to a gym before. The Edge staff is welcoming, helpful and genuinely want you to succeed in your journey whether it be weight loss, muscle growth, or whatever else your goals are!" -Tiffany M.
