This Winter 2023 Edge Challenge we are working towards our best year yet! Our goal is for Challengers to feel supported on their path to looking and feeling their best. To support our members on their journey, we provide one on one personal training, team training, and coaching as well. Participants receive one strategy session, seven 30-minute personal training sessions, a personalized nutrition plan, customized workout plan, unlimited access to classes including Edge Strong and Group Exercise, and exclusive prizes for participants.
The Winter Edge Challenge kicks off Monday, February 6th and will end Monday, April 3rd. Weigh-ins and weigh-outs will be held from 6 am-8 pm. We will also be holding a special 1-hour group class which will be held either on the turf or Edge Strong room at 6 pm on each of those days.
