If you’ve glanced the Group X schedule in our clubs, you’re sure to discover one of the most popular classes at The Edge Fitness Clubs- STRONG by Zumba®. This high energy HIIT class was designed by our friends at Zumba® - however, it’s completely different than a regular Zumba® class.
What to expect in a STRONG by Zumba® class? The class is divided in to four sections and will provide you with a wide array of exercises. Everything from squats, burpees, lunges, push-ups, and body weight sculpting moves all designed to push your fitness to new levels.
At The Edge Fitness Clubs we offer this sweat drenching class in 30 minute (STRONG 30) and 45 minute (STRONG 45) formats. These classes are suitable for everyone regardless of your fitness level. Your instructor can help you modify to meet your fitness level!
