Ingredients:
- 1 scoop ES Fit Protein Powder (any flavor)
- 1/4 tsp guar gum
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Water (adjust for desired consistency)
- Nut butter of choice (optional, for topping)
- Fresh Berries (optional, for topping)
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the ES Fit Protein Powder and baking powder
- In a separate cup, dissolve the guar gum in water, stirring until it thickens, then add it to the dry ingredients
- Gradually stir in water, until the mixture reaches a smooth, pancake-like consistency
- Cook in a heated pan, flipping once bubbles form
- Serve topped with your favorite nut butter and fresh berries!
