Quick and easy to make, this recipe is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to keep you hydrated and energized. Fuel your body for your St. Patrick's Day workout- this smoothie is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday!

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

2 cups kale

4 cups baby spinach

1 banana (fresh or frozen)

6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 to 1 ΒΌ cups ice


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender 
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute or until creamy consistency. Add more milk or ice cubes for a thinner smoothie.
