Make your routine fit YOUR lifestyle! What exactly does this mean?

Stop comparing yourself to other people. Their long-term plan is COMPLETELY different from yours! This is true, regardless of any goal you have. You need to be real with yourself on what you can actually commit to... LONG TERM. I truly think there isn’t any other way around it. If you continue the same cycle you will be stuck in the same place. A constant stage of imbalance when it comes to your health is the worst thing you can do! Take control and master your mind so you can hit healthy goals on your terms and conditions! A realistic & sustainable approach is the key to long term success FOR ANYTHING.

I’ll never ever bash someone on what they believe in! We are all accustomed to our own beliefs and values. I will proudly say quick fixes, fad diets, fat burners and overall rapid weight loss isn’t healthy and is doing more harm to the body than good.

If you want to feel better you have to put in the work, it’s that simple.

We unfortunately didn’t gain weight overnight! Therefore, we can’t fix it overnight either! It’s a process.

The majority of the time when first meeting someone they shoot out a bunch of different goals for themselves “I want to lose 50 pounds for my trip in two months, I’m going to workout every day, cut out all dairy, soy and gluten. Hit my step goal of 15,000 (when working a desk job). Those are all amazing! They can certainly be accomplished, but only in due time! Lots of effort and patience is needed here. You must enjoy all phases in order to grow into a BUTTERFLY. 🦋

So my point is quit quitting!!! Ask for help , make time, and find what works for you!! Once you form better habits, own up to what you struggle with, fix it, you will be able to do so much more.

One last thing... pat yourself on the back for even wanting to make a change .. THIS IS HUGE and your first step to greatness.
