A starting point: Sometimes being part of a gym can feel overwhelming. There’s a plethora of equipment to choose from and you aren’t sure where to start. Kick off your fitness goals with The Edge Challenge and take the guesswork out of your workout. Trainers will guide you through the workouts, helping you maintain proper form and giving you new exercises to try. Once you finish the challenge, you’ll have the tools to keep at it on your own.
Community: You’ll become part of The Edge Challenge community. Working out and competing with other individuals who want to reach their fitness goals gives you even more motivation and inspiration. You’ll get support from other competitors and your trainer, and feel like part of a fitness family. Having a community of support helps you reach your goals.
Results: Hitting the same weights and cardio routine at the gym can lead to plateaus and boredom. In your initial goal planning session, you’ll be able to set tangible goals that you can work toward and measure throughout The Edge Challenge. Those who achieve the greatest weight loss percentage per club could win $500 and one person will win $10,000.
