This Easter, celebrate the season with a twist on a classic favorite that's not only delicious but also fits perfectly into your healthy lifestyle. Deviled eggs are a staple at the Easter table, but this recipe takes them to the next level by incorporating wholesome, clean ingredients that will leave you feeling satisfied!

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs: Slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving platter, ready to be filled.

  2. Make the Filling: Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are smooth and creamy. Add in the avocado oil mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and the filling is creamy and smooth.

  3. Fill the Eggs: Using a spoon or a piping bag, evenly distribute the yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg whites.

  4. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle a dash of smoked paprika over each deviled egg for a smoky flavor and a pop of color. If desired, garnish with chopped chives!

  5. Chill and Enjoy: Cover the deviled eggs and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

With just a few ingredients and minimal prep time, this recipe is perfect for your Easter gathering or any last-minute entertaining. Enjoy!
