Let the booty gains begin! Summer's not over just yet! Check out these exercises to help build definition in your glutes- no equipment required. Watch the full workout below.

There are 9 exercises total. Complete 30 seconds of work for each exercise, 10 seconds of rest in between.  Complete all 1 side first, then switch! Try 2 rounds on each side for an extra burn!
